Back to normal after 3 weeks.........I am VERY happy!!

ONCE IN A BLUE MOON

Mum with Patrick and Owen! What a fantastic experience, she loved the whole day and deserved every minute. Glad we could all show her how important she is to us.

The best family day I have had, so good to see mum so relaxed and happy and enjoying herself with her family, new grandson and Patrick!!

The cockies made their usual afternoon stop in my apple tree!

This morning there were still two babies in the nest but by 9am there was just one little one left......

And now...... there are none! Except of course that they still can't fly and are running around the backyard and their parents are still feeding them. They have all found each other and have been just about everywhere in the yard.

I ran into an old friend when I went out for an iced chocolate with Karen today!

The birds are getting bigger and the mother is sometimes feeding them from the branch on the bush.

4 hours at Calvary Hospital for antibiotics - I know how to enjoy my days!

Getting bigger but still some tufts of fluff sticking out - the nest is falling apart and one side where the parents stand has completely flattened out - so I hope the babies don't fall out! Shouldn't be too long before the babies start taking off on their own.
