The dad bird is watching over as mum feeds the baby.I should also add that while across the road today walking in armpit high grass and looking down the whole time watching for snakes, a startled kangaroo popped his head up about a metre from me and while I was madly turning my camera on and focussing he hopped away! I don't know who scared who!!!
I could make a book with all the photos I missed this year!!!
